Who We Are
Esperanza Behavioral Health was established in January 2020 to make a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Through Applied Behavior Analysis services, we guide our clients toward developing social skills and friendships. We enhance their overall quality of life so that they can better navigate the world around them.
Our Mission Statement
As a parent, a diagnosis of autism for your child can feel overwhelming. There are many things that are still unknown about autism, but we do know that research has shown Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as the most effective treatment. At Esperanza Behavioral Health, our mission is to foster hope for individuals and families impacted by developmental disabilities by delivering high-quality ABA services while incorporating what children do best…play!

Diversity and Inclusion Statement
EBH is dedicated to providing and encouraging a work environment that exhibits diversity, equity, and inclusion. We take pride in manifesting a workforce that fosters diversity and inclusion for the entire Company and upholds an inclusive environment with equal treatment for all employees. The purpose of this Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policy is to provide an overview of how we thrive on placing these three principles at the heart of our Company.
The EBH team is considered our greatest asset and having a workforce with individual differences, various backgrounds, and unique skills is what contributes to our greatness, providing increased value to the Company as a whole. Our reputation and Company successes are at the hands of our employees and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment is a large factor in contributing to those achievements.
We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a work environment that enforces policies and procedures with a nondiscriminatory approach, where all employees feel comfortable and want to come to work and be successful.
It is the policy of the Company to accept, support, and embrace the concept of diversity, equity, and inclusion about race, age, color, sex, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, ancestry, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and any other characteristics that make our staff exceptional.
Our diversity initiatives pertain to all areas of employment, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, pay, assignments, promotions, demotions, discipline, terminations, layoffs, working conditions, training, benefits, and all other privileges, terms, and conditions of employment. These initiatives are to ensure and maintain respectful communication and teamwork amongst employees and allow the representation of all groups and employee views. We also stand on the belief that transparency in all instances is to be exercised and encouraged.
It is expected of all employees that they apply inclusion while working, including at work functions and any Company-sponsored events. It is every employee’s responsibility to provide others with respect, dignity, and fairness, and maintain an environment where individual differences and contributions by all are recognized and appreciated.
Employees with questions or concerns relating to these principles and initiatives are encouraged to contact their supervisor or the Executive Director. Employees are welcome to raise concerns and make reports without fear of reprisal. Anyone found to be engaging in misconduct about diversity, equity, and inclusion will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
